FFDM Scan Preparation

FFDM is a noninvasive mammography system in which the x-ray film is replaced by solid-state detectors that convert x-rays into electrical signals. These detectors are similar to those found in digital cameras.

Do not use deodorant, perfume, or powder. It is best to wash any deodorant off before leaving home. Bring prior studies with you for comparison.
