Mammography

FFDM is a noninvasive mammography system in which the x-ray film is replaced by solid-state detectors that convert x-rays into electrical signals. These detectors are similar to those found in digital cameras.

Our digital GE Senograph essential Mammography system uses low dose X-rays and has a large flexible detector for patient comfort. Large off centered ergonomic paddle to improve patient comfort and image accuracy. GE's exclusive Automatic Exposure Control measures and selects exposure parameters based on breast density. Options of premium view and fine view to improve image quality.
